空氣自動(dòng)增壓器,英文名"Booster"，其原理是利用多個(gè)氣缸相互對(duì)壓，由于兩邊活塞的受力面積有區(qū)別，造成對(duì)壓時(shí)兩邊的壓力不平衡，為了兩邊的出力平衡，出力小的那邊的氣壓會(huì)被活塞壓縮，使之成為更高壓的氣體。我們可以利用物理數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)解釋原理： 氣缸的出力F=PXS（P表示氣壓力；S表示活塞面積），兩個(gè)氣缸對(duì)壓的時(shí)候，一個(gè)氣缸壓力為F1，另一個(gè)為F2，此時(shí)兩個(gè)氣缸同時(shí)通入相同氣壓的氣體（P1=P2），假如一個(gè)氣缸的活塞面積S1大于另一個(gè)氣缸S2，則P1XS1>P2XS2，及F1>F2，推力小的氣缸活塞會(huì)被推著向后退，P2被擠壓，壓力升高。當(dāng)活塞退到某個(gè)地方， P2的壓力上升到一定程度，使得此時(shí)的P1XS1=P2XS2，兩個(gè)氣缸出力相等，兩氣缸的活塞就會(huì)停止移動(dòng)，這就是P2增壓的過(guò)程。增壓器根據(jù)控制方式的不同，分為氣增壓和電增壓兩種。除了增壓壓縮空氣，空氣增壓器還可以增壓某些特殊氣體或者液體，使之壓力上升到一個(gè)目標(biāo)值以達(dá)到使用目的。
