氣液阻尼缸原理與應(yīng)用

氣液阻尼缸是以壓縮空氣為動力源，驅(qū)動氣缸通過封閉的油缸的阻尼調(diào)節(jié)作用獲得平穩(wěn)地運(yùn)動。這類產(chǎn)品主要應(yīng)用于機(jī)床和機(jī)械切削加工中的恒定進(jìn)給裝置。市面生產(chǎn)的氣液阻尼缸主要有串聯(lián)式，并聯(lián)式，分體式三種。其中運(yùn)動分為快進(jìn)—慢進(jìn)—快退，和慢進(jìn)—快退等多種形式。用戶根據(jù)不同需要在訂貨時加以說明。  

   當(dāng)氣油缸后腔通氣時，控制閥開啟，實(shí)現(xiàn)快進(jìn)，當(dāng)活塞上的磁環(huán)接近磁性開關(guān)時，觸發(fā)信號使控制閥關(guān)閉，節(jié)流閥起阻尼作用實(shí)現(xiàn)慢進(jìn)，當(dāng)氣液轉(zhuǎn)換器上口進(jìn)氣時，缸快速退回。 此缸能實(shí)現(xiàn)在任意位置上的快進(jìn)—慢進(jìn)—快退組合功能。

  氣液阻尼缸之安裝尺寸參閱SC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣缸（SC氣缸網(wǎng)頁上有標(biāo)注）。串聯(lián)式長度約為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)缸的2倍。
