空氣增壓器應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域

”BOOSTER“空氣增壓器適用于原空壓系統(tǒng)要提高壓力的工作環(huán)境中，能夠?qū)⒐ぷ飨到y(tǒng)的空氣壓力提高到2-7倍，僅需將工作系統(tǒng)的壓縮空氣作為氣源即可。空氣增壓僅適合單氣源增壓。4倍以上增壓器需要定做，輸出壓力=增壓比×進(jìn)氣壓力 。
工廠氣路中的壓力，通常不高于1.0MPa。因此可利用增壓器提供少量、局部高壓氣體。

產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢

1.使用方便：只需入口通入壓縮空氣，即可從出口得到2到4倍于入口的壓力；自動(dòng)補(bǔ)壓，

保持壓力恒定。

2.操作安全：無電弧及火花；安全用于易燃易爆的氣體或液體場所。

3.維修簡單：采用外置換向閥，維護(hù)方便。

4.節(jié)能使用成本低：空氣自動(dòng)增壓器通常用于氣路中個(gè)別或部分裝置需要高壓氣的場所，

與建高壓氣站相比，更環(huán)保，更節(jié)能。

產(chǎn)品定位

1.閥門、管件、壓力容器的耐壓測試，以及加工中心的氣源改裝。

2.可以滿足工廠中個(gè)別設(shè)備對高壓力的需求，具體視耗氣量來定。

3.工廠主氣路壓力下降，不能保證氣動(dòng)裝置的最低壓力時(shí)，利用增壓缸補(bǔ)壓，以維持裝置

的正常工作

4.空間狹窄，不能配置大口徑氣缸，但輸出力又必須確保的情況。

5.氣控式遠(yuǎn)距離操作，必須增壓以彌補(bǔ)因氣路過長引起的壓力損失。

6.需要提高氣液聯(lián)動(dòng)缸的液壓力。

7.已廣泛應(yīng)用于氣動(dòng)、注塑、醫(yī)藥、石油、冶金、機(jī)械（加工中心）等行業(yè)。
